We take every customer complaint and abuse report seriously. If you have a concern about an order, our conduct, the content of this site, or any suspected misuse, illegal content, or fraudulent activity, please contact us using any channel below.

How to File a Complaint or Abuse Report

What to Include

So we can act quickly, please include your order ID (if applicable, format ALR-XXXXX), a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots or details. Reports may be submitted anonymously.

Our Resolution Commitment

We acknowledge every complaint or abuse report within 1 business day of receipt. We investigate and resolve all complaints — including any report of illegal content or activity — within 7 business days. Where a report concerns suspected illegal content, we will promptly review and remove or remediate the content as appropriate.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our initial response, reply to your complaint thread and request escalation, and the matter will be reviewed directly by the business owner.
