You agree that you will not resell, redistribute, repackage, relabel, or otherwise transfer any product for human or animal use, nor to any party who intends such use. Any resale or distribution must preserve the research-use-only designation and remain in full compliance with all applicable laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release, indemnify, and hold harmless Alora Labs, its owners, operators, employees, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, damages, losses, injuries, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to the purchase, possession, use, misuse, handling, storage, transport, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential effects of any product obtained from this site.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. Due to the research-only nature of the products, all sales are final once an order has shipped, subject to the Returns & Refunds Policy.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
