Returns & Refunds Policy

Research-Use-Only Products

All products are laboratory reference standards sold for research and laboratory use only and are NOT for human or animal consumption. Because these are research materials whose purity and integrity cannot be verified once they leave our custody, the terms below apply to every order.

All Sales Final

Due to the research-only nature of our products and applicable regulations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has shipped.

No Returns of Research Materials

For safety and integrity reasons, we cannot accept the return of any research material once it has left our facility — opened or unopened. Returned items cannot be re-verified, re-certified, or re-sold, and will not be accepted or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with damaged vials or incorrect items, photograph the issue and contact us within 7 days of delivery. Verified issues will be resolved with a free replacement of the affected items in your next order. Any replacement is provided strictly for continued research and laboratory use only and is subject to the same no-human-use terms.

Lost Shipments

If carrier tracking shows your package as lost or significantly delayed beyond 14 days from ship date, contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate the package or arrange a replacement.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before payment is completed. Once payment has been confirmed and the order is processed for shipment, cancellation is not possible.

Refusing Delivery

Refused deliveries are not eligible for refund. Once shipped, the research material is the recipient's responsibility and must be handled and disposed of in accordance with the Shipping & Handling Policy.

Disputes

All disputes are handled directly via email or Telegram. We aim to resolve any issue within 48 hours of receiving your message.
