Account information — if you create an account, your email and a securely hashed password (we never see or store your password in plain text).
Order information — items ordered, order totals, order notes, and order history.
Research-use attestation — your stated intended research use and your confirmation of our research-use and qualified-purchaser terms, recorded with the order (including a timestamp and your browser user-agent string) for compliance purposes.
Payment information — card payments are processed by a third-party, PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. Your full card number is entered on the processor's secure page and is never transmitted to or stored on our servers. We receive only a confirmation of payment status.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to process, fulfill, and ship your orders; to communicate with you about your order (confirmations, payment, shipping, and support); to maintain your account; and to meet our legal, tax, and compliance obligations. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
