By accepting a shipment, you confirm that the materials will be received, handled, stored, and disposed of only by qualified personnel under appropriate laboratory conditions.
The recipient is solely responsible for the proper laboratory handling, storage, labeling, and disposal of all materials, in accordance with applicable safety standards and all federal, state, local, and international laws in their jurisdiction. Materials must be kept clearly labeled as research reference standards and stored securely away from anyone who might mistake them for a consumer product, food, or medicine.
US orders typically arrive within 7–10 days of payment clearing. Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and carrier conditions.
Every order ships with tracking. Your tracking number is emailed to you once the order has been dispatched. Once a package is in carrier custody, transit time is outside our control.
Orders over $300 automatically qualify for free shipping. Smaller orders include a flat shipping fee quoted at checkout.
All products are shipped in discreet, unmarked, padded packaging appropriate for laboratory reference standards. No external mention of contents.
Currently US-only from our US warehouse. International requests are handled case-by-case — contact us for feasibility and a quote.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of expected delivery. We'll work with you to resolve the issue.
